Teething, and farting???

DS is teething atm - has had 4 teeth come through in the past 4 weeks, and it still going by the sounds of the grizzling...

I have also noticed recently that he has been farting A LOT more, and that they really stink!
Is this related to teething? I've heard that teething can cause really foul poos, but haven't heard anything about farting.

Or maybe it's just a coincidence?

i remember DS farting alot when he got 3 teeth in 3 weeks and yes they were foul too. Might be coincidence but either way, we are raising boys here

DS is the same, his farts are bad enough to rival that of his father! he's also had two teeth in two weeks...and i agree with Mrsb - they are boys

Funny you mention that, my DS is teething at the moment and has also been farting heaps, hadn't made the connection till now, but now that you mention it I think there might be a connection.

glad you girls mentioned that! Dh has been teething and has had evil farts and watery poo's lately... grizzly in the am and very farty then too... and they stink!!!

My DD has been teething bad and farting up a storm. OMG my eyes are still watering from the fart session she had an hour ago!

Hehehehehe just realised I said DH has been farting up a storm,....... well he has and he does but he isn't teething DD is...PMSL!
