I just went to the toilet and while sitting there my back started to spasm. So Bad that i couldn't get up and my workmate came looking for me to make sure i was ok cause i was gone for so long.
So glad i have a physio appointment today because it's causing soooo much pain today.
While I was happy she was concerned enough to come looking, i was also so embarressed. I had to stay there until I could stand up again properly.
You poor thing! Nothing like being stuck in an aweward position like that.
When I was about 6 months pregnant with my 1st baby, he had a habit of sticking his foot / feet in my spine which would leave me in agony. The only way was to get down on all 4's for as long as it took to drop him forward...the little bugger.
This one day at work it happened and I got down on all 4's (in my office) and was moaning and groaning like a wounded Wilderbeast my way through the pain. I finally after about 5 mins got him to move and then had to pull myself up using the furniture around me. I was the size of someone about 8 months as I had fluid retention heaps of amniotic fluid and am 5ft-ish. Just as I managed to get myself upright....a group of male work collegues came waltzing into my office....I am talking about a second or two between standing up and them coming through the door. All I could think of and even still now was "OMG imagine if that was a minute earlier!!!"
