how do you no if its braxton hicks, or just bub pushing upwards.
i been getting what i think maybe be bh im 26 weeks, but im not sure, it not really painful but whole belly goes tight for few seconds,
im not sure if its bub pushing upwards or rolling or bh,
can anyone explain to me the difference if you no please

If when you push on your belly it is completely hard (with my real soft spots) and only last a few seconds (as you've said), then yep, I'd say BH. It is was bubby pishing outwards, you'd still have soft spots. Good practice for your bod. My OB told me to expect them anywhere from 20 weeks as this is my second, thankfully I've had none that I've noticed yet!
yea im booking in for another elective csection, lol, im hoping though that having all these braxton hicks isnt causing my cervix to thin already, is that what happens,
this is my second but i never got to try natural as they booked me in for csection cause they said she to big to fit, so i went elective, hence why elective again now.

Good practice for your bod. My OB told me to expect them anywhere from 20 weeks as this is my second, thankfully I've had none that I've noticed yet!
