Abby Epstein had a VBAC (the director of The business of being born)

I just found this on a site I was on and wanted to share.

If you have seen the doccumentary The business of being born by Ricki Lake you will know who I am talking about. She was the director and found out she was pregnant when they were filming. She planned a homebirth but she ended up having a CS because the baby was breech when she went into labour at around 36ish weeks I think and then found out after he was born he had IUGR.

CONGRATS to Abby Epstein and Paulo Netto, who welcomed their baby boy this afternoon! And, yes, Abby had a VBAC! More details soon.

That is really happy news

I was so upset when she had the surgery after Ricki's wonderful homebirth, it seemed an odd note to end the movie on. So this is WODNERFUL news!!!! Thanx for letting us know!
