Ginger is said to help, but it never helps me.
Eating small meals every couple of hours and sea sickness bands are also said to help.

Ginger was ok for me..I used to have lemon and ginger tea...still do when I am feeling queasy and it seems to settle my tummy.
Small snacks often as I found it was always worst first thing in the morning when my stomach was empty.
I carried around dry biscuits like savoy or ritz in my bag. Almonds are supposed to be good. A friend used to keep the biscuits by her bed and start them before she got out of bed, she said it worked for her.

ginger bear is great or the lemon & ginger tea. I also have acupuncture and I've been eating dry biscuts before getting out of bead and i haven't vomited since.

Yep, as the other ladies have said, ginger is great... Grate fresh ginger into your dinner, ginger beer or ginger ale is good, ginger biscuits and the list goes on.

I really don't like ginger, but I found fresh apples are good to settle the tummy as well as pepermint tea, I lived on that stuff with my first pregnancy.

Also try eating a lot of small meals so your stomach isn't empty, quite often you'll feel a lot worse if you have nothing in your stomach which is why you might be finding first thing in the morning is the worst.

Take care and good luck with your preg
