Stupid question..
but how does everyone store their nappies/terrys? i had so many that i can barely fit them in a draw then my Aunty in law (?) just gave me another 2 dozen and i dont know where to put them LOL
should i get a nappy stacker holder thingo LOL
what do you ladies do?
Well I have been given about 50, not using them yet, but we have shelves under the change table that we stack them onto, still plenty of room left. But it could be a sucky way to do it.. we'll see...
But my change table is one of those ones that has the bath underneath and every night i wheel it into the bathroom, when i bath DD. She's too big for that bath now but i have her towl and cloths all ready so i dont have such a hard time getting her out.
I'd get a nappy stacker, store as much as that can take in it, and stick the leftovers wherever they fit - under the bed/cot, in drawers, closets, whatever. When the stacker's empty, refill it with the stored ones. So long as you remember where they are and don't get them dirty in storage, it should be fine.
Then again, I'm not a mum yet so I might be back in a few months crying "I was wrooong!"
I use a nappy stacker and most of the time I have enough clean nappies to just fill it, might have a couple of spares I just sit on her chest of drawers but they disappear pretty quickly! The rest of them at that time would either be in the washing machine/on the washing line or sitting in the nappy bucket waiting to be washed.
I'd get a nappy stacker hun, makes it easier to store even a day's worth of nappies and within easy reach for nappy changes, then just refill it as needed. I can get about 2 days worth of nappies in mine.
i bought an el cheapo bookshelf from sams (or the warehouse whatever u want to call it) and covered it in contact and i store all my mcns there.
Not using my flats anymore theyre shoved under the cot! lmao
we store our folded ready to go nappies in the stacker and then use the shelves under the change table for the unfolded ones. we dont have a lot of storage at the moment so we only have enough to last two days (i wash every morning).
