    Ergo Cocoon Baby Swaddle Wrap

Has anyone used these? they seem a bit on the exxy side but i love the idea of slowly getting dd use to sleeping without being swaddled but not going cold turkey.

    Any feedback welcomed

Is this different to the newborn insert??

I bought ergo before DS1 was born with insert and I only used it a couple of times as found it to hard to use on my own was ok if DH there to help me get him in. So I stopped using ergo till he could sit up.

Feeb, its a type of wrap looks kind of like a sleeping bag that does up to the neck, its stretchy enough for bub to move arms without getting them out with the option of arm holes so you can start to introduce baby to sleeping without a stray jacket so to speak

I like the idea of them in theory but am unsure of their practicality

just dont fold over one arm! she mightnt like it though! might take a while, dont worry if she hates it, just leave it and try again in a few weeks!

i looked into those sort of wraps - but we figured that DD would be weaned off being wrapped soon enough. hasn't happened yet though - she loves being wrapped and won't sleep overnight without it. i guess the cot just has too much to explore apparently!

if you think it will help you out, give it a go!
