Freaking out- need help with HCG and Progesterone results

So I've been having a funny feelign to look at my BT's all night and I am looking at them now and my HCG is 1300 but there is no progesterone showing on the test. Is progesterone usually done in the same test? there are still some tests pending on my results so I'm not sure whether its just not been done yet or whether there is no progesterone in my blood at all.

I'm really super worried and feel that my doctor is really not on top of things. He didn't even want to do a scan till 18 weeks.

Do I have cause for concern?

They dont usually test for progesterone unless there is a reason why you should be conerned about it. 1300 is a lovely number! Its sooo normal to feel worried and you will probably have anxiety and worry about lots more things throughout your pregnancy.
You do have the option of an NT scan at 12 weeks. THis scan is for giving you an indication of whether or not your baby has Down Syndrome. Your Dr may not have thought your baby was at risk beacuse of your age but he still should have discussed the option with you beacause its your choice to make.
Is there another Dr you can see or maybe you can ring your hospital where you will give birth and speak to them about your options of midwife care.
    Congrats on your pregnancy xx

yeah Prog is not part and part parcel of every b/t done ... be thankful you got a quantative b/t if he didn't want to do anything till 18 weeks

a lot of drs if you have no reason for concern just do the general normal b/t and first scan is aroudn 18 weeks
