    Ok so what do i need to know and which is best when choosing one?

    We got an innerspring mattress from Target for all of ours - no problems yet

    we got an innerspring from toys r us.....only because our cot becomes a bed so the mattress will get used for much longer and we wanted a good one.....I reccommend innerspring over foam cos of the chemicals in foam....
