balloon type mass in nose ?!

hi all

Please Help, I have notice that my little man 20 months has got a small balloony type mass in his right nostril, its about the size of a small pea. Its at the base of his nostril and quite far back in his nose. He also has the same in his other nostril but not as big.

Is this normal ? Could it be his adenoids??

I havn't noticed this before and quite worried.

Because I am not able to see this I cannot make a guess at what it is. However because you have only recently noticed it I would suggest that it should be checked out. A trip to your doctor after easter would be a good idea.

also possible one of his little nose hairs has become ingrown. DD had one a while back. Was only a tiny hair but became infected
