Now that I am starting to come to terms with the fact that not only am I pregnant but I am actualley going to have another baby (who would have thought the 2 went together ) I am starting to think about all the things we need to get.
I already have a phil & Teds sports pram, and I would like to have a capsule for bubs as I will have school runs etc to do- and I have found online that the Viaggio capsule can make a travel system with an adaptor.
So my questions are- how easy is the system to use? Does it snap together easily etc?
What position do you have to have the main seat in to add the capsule?
Am I going to be able to use my toddler seat with the capsule on?
Has anyone tried to fit any other type of capsule to the adaptor?
I have also heard that there is a adaptor coming out for the unity capsule anyone else heard this?
I just want to make sure it is a good system before I go spending $500 on the capsule!
Ive got the Viaggio and P&T Sport. It's awesome. The capsule is a bit heavy but it snaps easily into the travel system.
You've gotta have the main seat either down or up - but unzipped to fit the capsule. The travel bar just goes where the bar is across the front of the main seat, bar comes out, travel bar clicks in. And then the capsule just clicks in on top.
I've never tried to fit any other capsule to the adapter - don't know anyone else with one sorry.
I haven't tried the capsule/toddler seat yet. I keep meaning to. The idea of the P&T is the heaviest kid in the front seat so it doesn't tip. So if your little one in the capsule is less than the toddler you want to put in the back, it wont work. But the capsule is about 5kgs, so it shouldn't take too long.
I keep forgetting to get the capsule out of the car to try it.
I've heard of the SNS adapter - I was chasing that for a while, but last I'd checked, it wasn't out.
