Two that I have read recently are - How to Break your own Heart by Maggie Alderson. I loved it. A little bit off the back says "It's about the compromises we make in life, and about those rare moments of grace when we decide to risk everything for the chance to be truly, madly and deeply happy'.
And "It's the Little Things" by Erica James about a group of people who survive the BOxing Day tsunami and the effect it takes on their lives and relationships. I love all of her stuff - they are great stories, romance, humour etc. Oh and her new one - "Queen of New Beginnings" was fantastic too.
Otherwise if you like true stories, have you read "Eat, Pray, Love"? Just started it and loving it so far.
