Omg, that's out favourite too! But Andy likes to add a little crispy bacon, and tonnes of worcestershire sauce!

Home made coleslaw (jamie oliver's recipe) and pancetta/prosciutto crisped up in the oven. The good ole sour cream, chives and cheese is always a winner too. Omg yum I want them right now!

Oh you girls are making me hungry! We usually have cheese, ham, sour cream & capsicum. Or lately we've been having baked beans & cheese instead.

bit of garlic butter, leftover burrito/taco filling, and cheese (we put baked beans in with the meat when we're cooking it so we're kinda on the same page!)

Bacon, Onion, Pineapple, Capsicum, Cheese and Sour Cream
I make them for lunch once a week or so, and generally more toppings than potato!
    How to you bake yours?
I put mine in the microwave for about 6minutes, then in the oven in foil to brown them up

    Yummo!!!!!

As long as butter and sour cream are involved, I don't care what else really...although I don't often go without bacon.

I love the simple old baked beans and cheese too, YUM!!
When I'm feeling more energetic, I like garlic butter, chopped BBQ chicken, coleslaw, mushrooms chopped tomato and sour cream.
Or if we have lots of left over bolegnaise sauce, I have that with either sour cream or grated cheese

*droooool* I want a potato now.......

LOL, mumenurse. They are whole clean skinned potatoes which you wrap in foil (don't peel them!) (to make the cooking time quicker you can put it into the microwave for about 5ish mins.) Then you cut it into quarters and fill it with whatever tickles your fancy (That's how I do it anyway ) YUMMO!!! I'm having one for lunch tomorrow
