    Any help?

I've already taken the mince out of the freezer and it's all defrosted and everything. I planned on making my own lasagne tonight (which will be the first - or second, I don't remember - time I've ever made it) and I read the box of the lasagne sheets.
Now, I haven't got the car today, and DH is going out to golf today, straight from work, so I won't have the car till we're ready to head to poker and all the shops are closed, so I can't go to the shops.

I have stuff all of the ingredients that I need. Can I make this without a lot of the stuff that they ask for?
All I've basically got is tomato paste, mince, onions and cheese. Any suggestions? I need to start cooking it in a couple of hours

so it's just the mince sauce you need help with? Do you have any herbs? Fresh or in a bottle. Garlic? Beef stock? Raid your cupboard and see what you can find. Oh, and don't forget the salt

u could make a bolognaise mix with the mince, tomato past and onion.
cook the lasagne sheets then curl them into tubes and fill with the mince mixture
Make a white sauce out of ur cheese
Top tubes with white sauce then stick them into the oven for 20 mins

Jodi, got the salt! LoL! We've basically got onion flakes, I THINK we have mixed herbs in a jar, though I can't be too sure and I know we don't have any beef stock

Skye, Thanks! How do I make the white sauce?

You got milk and plain flour?

    ETA:
    an easy white sauce recipe:
Make white sauce: Melt 90g butter in a heavy-based saucepan over medium-high heat. Add 1/2 cup flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbling. Remove from heat. Slowly add 3 cups of milk, whisking constantly until smooth. Return to heat. Cook, stirring, for 8 to 10 minutes or until sauce comes to the boil. Season with salt and pepper. You can add cheese to make it thicker if you like.

It's smelling so nice right now!! *drools*
