Now, I'm feeling as if I'm being watched

This has been happening for months but I keep thinking it's my mind/eyes playing tricks, but I sense it in the same spot ALL the time. We have a sliding door whic on the other side is the kids tv room. I see this "thing" which is usually white with no real formation or sometimes see nothing but sense being watched.
We had light issues a few months back, where the rangehood light would keep blowing every few weeks but that resolved itself when I went to see a medium and passed on a MSG to my deceased friend's mum. But now I am sensing being watched. Is it just my mind or could it be someone? OMG, I'm really going crazy aren't I?

No I don't think you're going crazy. I get that feeling from time to time as well both at home and at work. I wish I had some answers for you.

I get that feeling from time to time at home, it goes in spurts...........I can go months without anything, and then have a long period where I notice it all the time. DH says the same thing. And the workplace I am on maternity leave from I felt it all the time, but have never felt it in any other workplace.

I'm not scared of it Kaz. It doesn't feel like anything. It is not bad though ITMS.

Tinks- it could be him. I just wish I knew who (if anybody) it is. I still see him in my dreams. I'm hoping it's him. I'm ironing ATM and the downlight above me flickered off and then back on again. Dh saw it too. I'm really hoping it's him as then, I'd know it's a good thing. I still miss him terribly. In Turkey, where he was taken to be buried, the graveyard people have taken photos of all gravesites for those who cannot go and pray. I felt a need to look at it and pray the other day. I was just staring and draydreaming, remembering of our childhood memories.

Maz or anyone... Can you please sense if it is him. I NEED to know.

TD, I think you may have manifested A back again. I think your thoughts about him have increased lately, and combined with your feeling more down/anxious lately, he's around to perhaps make sure you're okay?

Thank Netix. I don't why but I have been thinking of him a lot lately. And the weird thing is I only sesnse being watched when I am alone. I don't think he is threatened or doesn't like my dh, but he prefers to make his presence known to me when I'm alone. It was amazing before with
the light. It wasn't a flicker really, the light turned off for a few secs and then back on again. Dh and I looked at one another, he knew exactly what I was thinking about and looked at me as if he was saying "nope, don't even say what you going to say". Dh isn't threatened by A, but just doesn't like the fact that he may be here with me/us. I need A's support, I need dh's support too. I know they are both watching out for me. I will thank A for being here for me, like I always did when I felt his presence last year. Thanks Netix.

What does manifest mean? Do I want him to come? Is it like me calling him to come?

Yeah, manifest is like making something happen. Like when you think of someone and they call you on the phone or you see them at the shops. When I realise I may be manifesting something bad (or someone) I say to myself "I disconnect, I disconnect, I disconnect..." and visualise myself hanging up a phone. Sounds silly, but its something I learned in my monthly meeting group, and I think it works.

I think you do want him to come, because you miss him so much, and justifiably so. I doubt that he is threatened by DH (they are both Alpha Males, and have their own confidence), he may not want to intrude too much while DH is around, and is watching out for you while DH can't. Not that he is trying to be secretive, but may not want to tread on any toes, if you know what I mean. You need support from DH and A, but in different ways, just the same as you have a different love for each of them.

I know exactly what you mean, and it would be so much like him to do that. He was so caring. I sometimes think if i should just join him.
