how do they compare?? say sandwich with hommus v's numerous feeds??
DD2 has bearly eaten today, fed heaps (more than normal) just curious to know as im worried our sleep tonight will be worse than normal ... is that possible but also curious!
hmmm *strokes chin* how interesting...
I really have no idea, but I have been told what we eat can determine how much fats are in our milk... so my CHN told me anyway.
So, if you'd been eating lettuce all day your milk woudln't be as fatty as if you'd been eating bacon, eggs and beans XD
I don't really know that there's an answer to that question hun. It would depend on the fat content of your milk at that point in time, and of course the type of food. Meat etc is going to be better calorie wise than fruit and vege. I guess a sandwich is somewhere in the middle LOL! I am also not sure that the amount of calories taken in during the day are a good indicator of how sleep will go. Most kids go through periods of eating next to nothing and seem to be able to sleep just fine. Maybe this is a sign that you are in for a better night sleep? I hope so for you hun
