Hi everyone!

I'm currently using Blackmores P&BF, I've been taking them morning and night with brekkie and dinner, but there's been some days this week when I've forgotten to take the second tablet
I was wondering if anyone knows if its bad to take the 2 tablets a day at the same time? It would certainly be a lot easier so I dont forget one LOL.

oh i take both together, although i was only taking one tablet for the first 13 weeks cause i didnt read the back lol

some days i skip all together (like today and yesterday!)

Just read the back again and it says take TWO tablets ONCE a day, so yes

I take mine both at once, at night and have done since I started them months ago

If I don't take mine with breaky i don't remember to take them at all!

The pack does say to take two once a day. When pg with DS I took one tab twice a day, but this time i'm taking two once a day - it's much easier to remember. I take mine with lunch so that if I do happen to forget, I can then take them at dinner

I take these ones as well and do both first thing in the morning with breakfast just so I don't forget...

It's not a problem to take them both at the same time..

im also taking these i always take two at once when ever i remember during the day but always with food i guess it doesnt matter if you have them at the same time or seperate as long as ur taking them

Glad to know others do it that way. I'd read the back but wasn't sure if it meant to take them separately or not lol. Now if I could stop forgetting to take them altogether LOL. I went two days this week before I realised I'd forgotten them
