Pain near little willy

Hi everyone,

My son is 7 and has complained of a throbbing pain to the left of his penis. Its not frequent, this has happened once before, a few weeks ago and went away after giving him some nurofen. Its happened again last night, gave him some nurofen and its ok, anyone know what it could be?

Thanks, I'll go visit the doc next week but wanted to get an idea of what it could be here first, maybe.
