making sense of the ultrasound report

ok so my ultrasound went well on monday. i just went n picked up a copy of the report n everything look great. but there is 1 part i dont understand. im hoping that 1 of you will no wat it means n will be able to help me out.

it says... Extra-renal pelvis of the right maternal kidney. Normal appearing left maternal left kidney.

i believe it means somthing to do with YOUR kidney, i think this is somthing that they will check at your scan, i remember my sono checking mine early in pg

Not 100% sure but just googled and this is what it said:

Extra renal renal pelvis on the other hand is a normal variant of the drainage system of the kidney. It usually is as a result of slower drainage of the ureters and nothing to worry about

This was about a 26yr old woman though not an unborn child, are they referring to your kidney or bubs?

well it says maternal kidney so im guessing mine
