How much water to drink for 24 weeks ultrasound??

I have an ultrasound today and obviously the form says drink 6-8 cups, however for my 19 week scan she told me to just drink 2 extra glasses. So how much extra should I drink today? I'm thinking same thing 1-2 glasses?

From memory, it's 500ml water an hour before and hold. So yeah, 1-2 glasses should do it.

Ella - i had a few ultrasounds at 24 & 28 weeks, i think i drank about a glass, apparently at that stage its more about being well hydrated than being about to wee yourself. Just my experience though! Good luck!!

How much water to drink for 24 weeks ultrasound??

I was told you don't need any for the later scans, have never had any water and haven't had any problems.

Yeah I was told you don't need to drink any then, baby is big enough to see easily.

Ok so I've had just over a glass of water, think that should do it. Hopefully I can hold it now lol
