I was always advised it was fine to keep up any exercise i was doing pre-pregnancy as long as i felt able. You'll notice you'll feel more short of breath than usual, as your blood volume increases when pregnant, but like suga says, just take it easy and you'll be fine.![]()




Then again, I thought I am pregnant. Dh is like I don't know. After consulting two books, I am undecided. I have a polar heart monitor so will wear that. Should I just make sure my heartbeat does not go past 150 or something? Or maybe just totally take it easy and hope for the best? Or not go at all?
