Question Melatonin and back to the gym. Opinions please..

    Hi everyone,

Need help with two questions. Getting used to this forum and hoping I am posting in the right section

Okay first one. I have been having sleepless nights and the last two nights I have taken Melatonin. Without even thinking about bubs. I am 5 weeks 2 days. I figured that since it was "natural" it will be fine. Then tonight, was about to chew a few and thought hmmmm maybe I should just ask as I am still super surprised that I can't eat oysters!!

So does anyone know? The product is Bioglan and it says homopathic. Thought that ment it was safe? Doh.

Okay, second question. Feel so bloated, tired and I am really craving to just get back to the gym. So tomorrow have decided to head to the gym right after breakfast. Then again, I thought I am pregnant. Dh is like I don't know. After consulting two books, I am undecided. I have a polar heart monitor so will wear that. Should I just make sure my heartbeat does not go past 150 or something? Or maybe just totally take it easy and hope for the best? Or not go at all?

Yep, I am probably over thinking but thought maybe someone might know. I just have gained some weight after being in America for the last month and feel huge! I just do not want to put little bun at risk.

Any opinions and/or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for listening, if you got this far.

I was always advised it was fine to keep up any exercise i was doing pre-pregnancy as long as i felt able. You'll notice you'll feel more short of breath than usual, as your blood volume increases when pregnant, but like suga says, just take it easy and you'll be fine.

I am not aloud to do anything but swimming as advised by Doc. Doing what I can though. Thanks so much. : )
