    Can I eat cooked smallgoods?

Alot of the things I'm reading talk about avoiding salami, bacon etc but then it goes on to say as long as it's had further cooking and 'pipping hot' it should be ok.

So the question is - can I PLEASE have a meat lovers pizza!!!??? I'm busting for one but don't want to have it if it will hurt the baby.

It's a lot of sodium, cholesterol and saturated fat. Also, not a great deal of bang for your buck as far as nutrients per calorie.

If you do it, have a few vegie to the max days afterwards, put some good back in.

As everyone said, it's fine as long as it's hot.
