Hi, a week ago i just had my third miscarriage. i was supposed to be 12wks, instead i was told my baby had no heartbeat. Apparently my baby died at 9wks 1day. I thought i was safe this time. My mother is pregnant too- one week ahead of me...i just dont kno wat to do anymore....
So terribly sorry for your losses. It is certainly a very difficult and confusing time after a m/c, let alone three (in a row I assume?) I suffered my fifth m/c (3rd in a row) approx. a month ago and I am still going through an array of emotions, some good, some bad. You will find tons of support here at BB, with many other ladies (& men) who have been or are going through m/c. Please know that you are not alone and you may find it beneficial to join in one of the threads for m/c.
Does your mum know you have lost the baby? Is she supportive or is it too painful to be around her knowing she is pg? I can't answer what you should or shouldn't do but my opinion is to get a referral to either an OBS/GYNO or FS to discuss testing for recurrent m/c to try to find out the answer to your recurrent m/c. I wish you all the very best in whatever decision you make. x
Diannescruffy & eutra_phalia- Thankyou for your hugs and kind words. It really means alot.
Rhichichi- Thankyou, and im so so so sorry for u as well. Yes, it is the third in a row. The hospital and my GP are going to do tests to find out whats going on. My mother knows, but i dont really feel very supported by her right now. I feel quite upset and angry at how she's acting. Thankyou for replying xx
Hi Yas, I just wanted to let you know, don't give up hope. It can be very hard to deal with, especially with your situation.
My first angel had developmental issues which meant that he wouldn't survive after birth and I had to have a d&c. My best friend was pregnant at the same time and due the day before I was.
My step-mother announced that she was pregnant just a month later as well.
I had no one there to support me, and my babies father left me just 5 weeks after the d&c.
My next 3 pregnancies all ended in miscarriage before or around the 8wk mark, but I was lucky enough to fall pregnant with my DS only 8 months after my 3rd miscarriage (my 4th loss).
My DS is now 20 months old and perfectly healthy.
When my hubby and I started trying for a sibling for our little man we had a lot of trouble. First I wasn't falling pregnant, then I did get pregant in January this year with a chemical pregnancy and lost it at just over 4wks.
I was lucky enough to get pregnant agin in March but sadly lost that one too at just past 5wks.
On July 19th of this year (the day after my 23rd birthday) I got my sticky BFP. I will be 10wks tomorrow with my 8th pregnancy, and I have a good feeling about this one.
I just wanted to share my story and I hope it will give you some hope that you can have a healthy happy baby after so many losses!
Sending out lots of HUGE HUGS to you and your family!

I know I have. I also had miscarriages and I know that even though it seems hopeless at the moment there is light at the end of the tunnel
