Have you used a strider plus for longer then 18 months?

    Hi there,

Had my stroller picked out and then I found this guy. I love the color of the kingfisher but Hate that it is so wide at the back.

I have been looking at reviews on other websites and a majority get rid of it, when bubs is over 18 months as the seat is not straight and it is a purchase they have regretted. I would however, like to hear from the BB girls.

So any opinions? I would be getting it with the capsule. I am curious to know your thoughts if you have had it longer then a year or 18 months. It seems everyone is very pleased with it up until then. (minus the width)

I appreciate your time. This is a big purchase so any advice you could give would be fab. : ) Or even a suggestion of another pram that is similar, although not as wide? As long as it has a capsule. LOVE the travel systems! : )

Well, the Strider Plus hasn't been around as long as DS has. We got it just before DD came along. Before that we had the standard Strider.

DS is 2 years 4 months and he is still in it. He's a runner so I use it for both kids when out at the shops. I also walk everyday so they both go in it then too. It's a fantastic pram, albeit a little heavy but convenient nonetheless. If we have a third I'll get the capsule to go on it as well.

I've got the strider, never had the capsule thingy cause it wasn't around when Bella was born. We really love ours and still use it all the the time. Bella is just over 2 and is quite a solid girl and she still fits in it fine. I agree that the wide back is a bit of pain but that would have to be the only downside to it.
