Question Spd question...anyone else had this?

Since about 3am when I got up for the loo, my pelvis has been clicking with every step I take with my right foot. Its not any more painful than usual, but I really don't like the feeling.
I've never had this before, so can someone tell me if this is normal or not? It feels so wrong. I've had it click before on odd occasions, when getting up or something, but never this much, just with walking...
Maybe I just did too much last night... It was supposed to bring on labour, not break my pelvis more!

i have this spd thing and its not pleasant at all.. the clicking is probably your pelvis moving position to get ready for birth but i get it too they say the muscle get very relaxed and dont support your hips etc as well due to all the hormones softening the muscles... i have to wear the strap and the band so i know exactly how u feel..
have u tried doing some really careful exercises??? it could probably reduce the friction on your pelvis a little...

Yeah, I had it with DS also, but never had this before. I think I'll just take it easy til she decides to make her entrance. It can't be good for my pelvis I don't think...

Yup I had the clicking with my last pregnancy (thank god no sign of SPD so far in this pregnancy!)

Can you get in to see a chiro or something, just to check your alignment before birth? You never know, it might be inhibiting bringing on labour so it might help start it if everything is in the right place

That sounds great. Not sure it'd be possible... all the roads are close to flooding atm & this rain isn't sposed to let up til at least Thursday.

No harm in making a few calls

See if you can find one close to you - without the flooding

I'll se what i can do... but i have a feeling the closest would be coffs & thats where the flooding is starting as far as i know. Warning on the highway between here & there anyway... not to mention that I have a feeling our road is possibly closed already... things can't just be easy!
