I'm not sleeping well at the moment. My head is so busy..... full of wonder and anxiety about DD. Whole other post, which I won't bore you with here.
I can get over to sleep no trouble and go to bed around 8.30pm every night. But wake frequently in the night - on top of waking to feed DD around 2-3 times. I am also awake at around 4.30am for the day!
I can't nap in the day time either, I just cannot sleep when it's light. Just tried to nap with DD just now when putting her down for her sleep but woke after around 5 minutes.
I don't feel particularly tired all the time which worries me - will i crash grande style one day? I feel mentally drained some days (like today) and feel that I need some sleep but it's just not coming.
Does/ did anyone get this? What did you do?

Hugs Sue. I quite often have that trouble too. Its so frustrating!! I'm not saying this is what you have but for me I know when I am not doing so well with my anxiety sleep is one of the first signs. Sleep issues can be a symptom/sign of depression and anxiety so if you are experiencing anxiety too its probably a good idea to see your doc and have a chat.
Maybe a trip to a naturopath or homeopath for some sleep remedies. I use a great sleep spray from the body shop that works all night. I find it makes a difference to my sleep.
