    Sore hoo ha with AF...???

Just wondering if anyone can shed light on this....

I have never had period pains as such but now having had 2 AF since V was born my vagina is so sore and achey at AF time. Another friend who had a csect feels the same... Any idea what this could be? It feels like a very dull labour pain but brings back the uncomfortable feeling that reminds me how labour feels. It is not high up but in the thick of it so to speak...lol...

I always got like a dull ache feeling in my actual vagina at AF time - gosh it was awful.... never asked anyone what it was though, just figured it was something to do with the blood flow or something!!

I found that it helped incredibly when uh... *cough* I got DH to stick his finger up there and I would tense up around his finger a few times. That seemed to help relieve some of the pressure *blush*
