what if they got you a voucher towards a photo package from a local photographer specialising in babies/families.. You could get some beautiful pics to cherish forever![]()
Sooooo DH's work mates have chipped in $150 to buy gorgeous things for DD2, I just have to say what
But I don't "need" anything, sooo I need your help to suggest gorgeous items that I could get for DD2, the only thing I can think of is a lovely blanket...
So hit me with your ideas, you may have to PM me any links to websites etc
TIA!

or getting a print of DD2's hands and feet in cast iron frame thing.
I really regret not doing that for my DD =(
I agree with photography idea.
Carrier/sling
Nice kids chair/couch
Bracelet or other keep sake.
Happy thinking
oohhh if ur thinking blankets check out mini mink, they are gorgeous my GF has one and im hoping she leaves it here one day!!![]()
I'll be killed if I buy another carrierI have four!
The bracelet is a lovely idea as are the photos
I have a Mini mink in cherry redit was given to DD1 and it stunning
I wish I had gotten the prints for DD1 as well, and I was planning to it jsut never happened, and I think I will feel bad if I do it for DD2 and DD1 doesn't have them
Keep the suggestions coming![]()
i love the photography idea! apart from that i cant really think of much as im presumming you'd have pretty much everything from when you had DD1
All I can think of is carriers (Im carrier mad atm! I have a close baby carrier coming for DD3, have a soft structured full buckle carrier for DS and DD1 and now am hoping to get a beetlebum or kleinsmeikker for going out).
All I have bought for #5 is a glider chair second hand and Im getting the obvious car seat. I loved having NB Maz covers with their names on the back. I treasure them and will be keeping them for them to use on dolls/bears etc as they get older.
How old is DD1? We got DS and DD (1 hand each, same frame) done when DS was about 7 weeks, DD was 8. I think they said they can do hands up to around 9 yrs old?? That was with twinkle toes..
