I looked around quite a bit and read reviews and it seemed everyone who had a S & S was happy with it and the reviews were great. They look well padded and comfortable to me too as well as the safety factors obviously. We have the Premium which we used for both from birth and J is still in that and Izzy has a Maxi Rider.
We had the 0-4 convertible SnS Premier seat and we got a solid 8 years of use out of it. We can't fault it at all. We only replaced it because DS2 grew out of it so we had to graduate to the maxi rider.
We have the S&S Compaq Deluxe which has been awesome. We chose the compaq as at the time of DD's birth we had a Corolla Hatch so needed a carseat that was nice and compact. She is still using it now at 21 months, but we will be upgrading her to the S&S Meridian once Bubs number 2 comes along
Safe and sound compaq deluxe because at the time we had a small car but now we have a bigger car its good because it doesnt take up too much room we love it
We have a Secure Turn-a-tot. We got it because it was the only one that fitted in our 2 door coupe. I loved that when DS was rear facing I could turn the seat to get him in and out. It rates quite highly for safety too.
