so we currently have a 97 mitsubishi nimbus. The anchor points in the middle row are currently on the roof, which i hate, because it means if anyone wants to sit in the back they have the anchor point and strap right in front of where their head is.
so since we are having bub #3 next year, i was thinking of moving DS and DD to the back row and putting bub in the middle row on one seat, and folding the other flat so the bigger kids can walk through to the back row easy.
BUT, i want to move the anchor points in the middle row to the floor....anyone heard of doing this? any troubles? i know a friend of mine said you can't do it on the side where the fuel tank is, but i just want to know if anyone has any info on it, if it's possible to do it at all....thanks for the info
My mum had this issue with her 89 Nimbus, back in the day! She got a bar put in across the back of the back seats, apparently that was the only way it could be done, and it cost $200 (big at the time) but meant that bro and sis could have their seats in the back, then my booster went in the middle of the middle row.
