Strider plus owners (with second seat)

Who do u put in the bottom seat? bub or older babe?
I was thinking about putting the baby down the bottom, but with the seat in the fully reclined position i keep hitting my shins! so now im thinking of having DD2 down there so the seat can be upright and having the baby at the top.
Which way do u guys have it?

I think for weight distribution older bub is meant to be in the 2nd seat and smaller bub in top seat.

I have an almost DD 8mth old and DS 2 1/2 yr old. DS goes in the bottom seat and DD is in the top seat still facing me.
It works and DS is still happy down the bottom and DD loves been able to see me so until that changes thats how we roll
