Wink OMG Im getting my VBA3C!!!!

I still can't believe it After searching high and low, I have finally found the most brilliant and supportive IM for my VBA3C. She is usually a HB midwife but is taking me on as a once off. She also works at the hospital where I plan to birth, so she is sorting everything out for me. I don't need to fight with doctors and midwives and explain all the details to them. Everything is being done for me Im so happy! To finally have an opportunity to birth one of my babies the way nature intended has made me the happiest woman in the world!!.

Dont be sorry I know how stressful it is organising a vbac. I haven't officially booked in with the hospital yet. My IM is going to do it all for me as she works at the hospital where I plan to birth. She said not to worry about anything which is great. She knows a lot of the OB's at the hospital and says they will be fine. I think having your own midwife with you takes a lot of pressure off them IYKWIM? All you need to do is find a supportive midwife who understand what you are going through and will do everything in their power to help you and make you feel in control of the situation. There is nothing worse than feeling alone in your decision. I had that with my last pregnancy where I planned a vbac. I felt like I had everyone and everything against me, which is why I gave in and had a c-section. Support is crucial.

All the best in finding the perfect Midwife for you

thanks hunni nothing 'medically'wrong with me...just with my ex-husband he said no more children after 2 so i had my tubes surgically blocked and they can't be reversed....soooo IVF is the only way to bypass the blockage

DH knows i'm the boss but thinks me wanting a VBA3C is dangerous and going to compromise bubs life.....he needs education!!!!!

Just tell him that there is more potential risk with you having a 4th c-section, than a vba3c. Worked for me I am yet to tell my parents though...thats another story...
