Question Really quick question about a hot water system

Would you consider a hot water system that appears to be not working a good enough reason to contact your property manager's after hours emergency contact number?

Depends on the weather, middle of winter yes, but summer no I can wait until Monday.
We just boil the kettle for the dishes and in summer we don't shower with hot water anyway.

so I guess it depends how important hot water is to you, are they going to be able to do anything today anyway? Not sure about where you live, but here it's a fortune to get anyone out after hours and weekends!

    What do you mean "appears"??

If it's stopping a critical function like cleaning your dishes or bathing babies then I might... But only if it's cooooold cold water. Is it lukewarm or something? Is that what you mean by appears to be not working?

I realised you wouldn't be paying for it, my point was would they call someone out when it would cost them a whole lot more today *winky face* << freaks me out

It's unlikely that the property manager would be calling anyone on a Sunday to have a look. The owners would be charged a fortune.

Blood temp *shudder* what a good description

I know my kids can't stand water colder than 36 degrees (DS cries!) so yeah I'd be calling too.

Even if they don't get someone to come out today, at least they know to get someone there first thing tomorrow.

Ok the agents hubby is coming over to take alook and see if it is a quick fix or not, and then take it from there. Mind you he is a builder not a plumber but apparantly he is "handy".
