Spring rolls

Hey ladies,

Do any of you have a kick ass Spring roll recipe??

Got my two little cherubs joint bday party on Thursday, and wanted to make some

yup. I make them all the time. This is my special simple recipe which is always a hit (the quantities are ESTIMATES only as i dont usually take down what quantities required)

It is best if once you marinated the meat to actually fry off a bit and taste so you can adjust before rolling it.

Ingredients:
500g pork mince
3 finely grated carrots
1 can water chest nuts (optional)
1 small vermicelli (soaked and drained)
spring roll wrappers
1/2 teaspon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
3 tablespoon oyster sauce
a bit of pepper (may be omitted for children)

Method
Mix all the ingredients together and leave to sit in fridge for an 1hr
