Baby Tears

Hi, I was just wondering about what age babies should have developed tears that roll down their cheeks ? A friend of mine's son developed tears at 6 weeks whereas my daughter is almost 4 months and still doesn't have tears. Is this normal ?

Gosh I don't know! Tallon's had tears since when we were in hospital! I was actually surprised, but the midwife said it was normal and looked at me as if to say "of course babies have tears". *shrug*

I am pretty sure Indah has always had tears too, but she is a real cry baby at times!
