if she is her happy, normal self and having B/F like normal then I wouldn't worry. She's only 7 months (well, nearly 8) but that's still really just the start of her solids journey! Babies won't let themselves starve, if she was hungry she would be letting you know, probably be very unsettled, not sleeping/waking all the time (in an abnormal pattern for her).
My mum STILL goes on about DD waking up during the night, so I just try and gloss over the issue and not tell her much at all. Easier than arguing with her everytime we talk about DD waking and sleeping in bed with us, when she "should" be sleeping right through*note to self, don't be like that when DD eventually has kids!*

. IMO it is an entirely individual thing & nothing at all to do with feeding.
