Question Upset stomach, do I need to do anything?

Just after a bit of advice. I woke up this morning feeling a bit sick in the stomach, with mild stomach pains and a bit of diarrhea. Like I ate something bad, but I haven't eaten anything that I think could make me sick.

Do I need to do anything about it? Call my Ob's rooms and tell a midwife? Or is this kind of thing no big deal and just wait for it to pass?

    Thanks!

    HB

Thanks for replying hun. Midwife happened to call yesterday about something else, she said just to rest and take plenty of fluids. Haven't been ill while pg before.

I had the same thing & the dihorea stuck around for a few weeks. When I told my GP he said to get into the Mylanta after meals. Apparently its heartburn?? It helped tremendously with mine and I havent had much of a problem since.

You would only really need to speak to them if it was really severe and you werent keeping down fluids otherwise rest up and drink fluids
