    Peg Perego Skate 08/09 model

Does anyone have this pram? we bought it when i was preg with DD1 and got great use out of it. I have since heard that the 2010/2011 model now has a toddler attachment, is that correct and if so, can the attachment fit on the older model? Im still tossing up whether or not to get a tandem/side-by-side pram once new bubs comes along and thought if i could just buy the toddler attachment for the Skate that would save me having to buy a whole new pram. - I will most likely use a hug-a-bub for the first few months with the new bubba, but if she's anything like DD1 (who hated being in the hug-a-bub im going to need another pram as DD1, although she walks almost everywhere, there are times when i prefer to have her in a pram. she will be exactly 2 yrs old when new bubs arrives.

Anyone who has any info would be great!

    TIA

The toddler atachment will fit the 08/09 model fine...the frames are the same on both models, the changes that were made in the new model were to the bassinette and seat unit. if you google peg perego skate jump seat you will find more info....as far as I know the jump seat hasn't arrived here yet but you can get it from an overseas store. It is due to come here next year sometime.

If it is only for ocassional use it should be fine.....I prolly wouldnt use it for a child who still needs a pram a lot as it doesnt have a recline function if they get tired...it also doesnt have a hood but as a light use jump seat looks pretty cool...you will lose your basket though as that is where it sits.....hope that helps....
