    Hommus

    What brand do you prefer?

I've tried two so far and one is far superior to the other.

    Thanks

Homemade! Its sooo easy to make you will never look back!
    Can of chick peas
Couple of cloves of garlic (crushed)
    2 tbs tahini paste
    Lemon juice
    Olive oil
    Teaspoon ground cumin
    Process until smooth
Done! Takes maybe five minutes - delicious!

I agree, home made is best! So easy!! The brought ones all taste a little different to each other.

I roast red capsicum (about 3) and whizz that in too. Makes heaps so you can freeze some for later.

I love home made too but if I can't be bothered I like the ones from Colonial Fresh Food. Not sure where you are, but they do really scrummy, homemade style dips there!

I'm going to try making some for the first time tonight. But I left my jar of Tahini at work so I found a recipe that says to use sesame seeds so I'll try that.
