renting and digital tv

Hi all,

Was just wondering if anyone knows who is responsible for the antenna and lack of reception when it comes to free to air?

We have a digital ready tv, yet the reception is poor due to the antenna, its actually getting worse over time too. For instance when we first moved in we do not get abc in wet weather and now we lose channels with wind too.
Is it our responsibility to fix the antenna or our landlords?
Also is it something that they are likely to fix?

The land lord is responsible for the antenna if it was existing when you moved in, if there was no antenna when you moved in then you are responsible.
