    Cloth and antibiotics

    Hi ladies,

Just a quick question, ds2 is on antibiotics for the first time and we use cloth. Will the ab's coming through his poo do any 'damage' to the cloth? Should I be using liners or should I use sposies until he finishes his ab's?

    Thanks!

AB's won't damage the cloth nappies, just their poos can get a little gross, so some people prefer to put them in sposies. I still use cloth.

Ds is on ABs ATM and has killed a Terry flat with his poop. I'm waiting to see what a bamboo trifold is going to turn out like and a wool nappy cover was questionable but I managed to get it out thank god, cos it's only new. Dunno what in doing wrong?! I've switched to sposies to save my poor stash not to mention he has ripper nappy rash from Pooing so much so ive been caking on the celandula oitment.

During boytwins frequent AB's was the only time I used cloth. He was pooing 8 or 9 times a day and it was cheaper to go cloth for that short while, then back to disposables long term (the washing was too much by the time the twins came along). The nappies were never damanged.
