i probably wouldn't use a cardio twister, maybe just stick with walking? i would imagine the twister would put a bit much pressure on your stomach??
(I'm not sure if this should go here, but feel free to move if in the wrong place)
The last few days I have been doing my normal exercise, (on the cardio twister thingie) and when I stop I get a cramping... First time I did maybe 1/2 hour and thought I over did it... so yesterday I did only 10 mins and still got the cramping...
Do you think this is normal?
It's not an impact exercise, and when I exercise I make sure that I can talk (well sing along to the music!) So i'm not pushing myself too far...
My problem is, if I give it up I will gain too much weight (already considered high risk because of my weight), and I won't have anything to exercise on/with?
(we are 10 hours from a local pool/gym/ pregnancy yoga etc)
any ideas?

I wouldn't use a cardio twister either. You need to make sure your heart rate doesn't get too high, as this can make you overheat.
Walking around the property would be great excersise otherwise invest in some pregnancy yoga or pilates DVD's. I think Preggi Bellies has them and you can order them online and you may even find them on the general Belly Belly site in their online store.
You can get a yoga DVD to do... the one on the belly belly shop (uses a fit ball) is meant to be really good! I'd give that a try!
Walking around the property, swimming if you have a dam or pool...
Good luck!
I'd get some exercises online, and combine them with walking![]()
I certainly get plenty of exercise here on BB, my fingers are killing me! lol
(don't worry I do know what you meant.. I was just trying to be funny...)
I hadn't heard about getting too hot before, I might have to google it for some info, because it certainly is hot over here.. I work up a sweat putting the washing on the line!
