I don't think so? I've used two different ones, and my sheets fitted both?
Does it matter which bassinet you have? I have the fisher price one and I am now looking for a nice sheet set, just thought I would check before buying.
Thanks. : )

Thanks Mel. Your such a valuable source of info! Btw thanks for your post in regards to bf. I am feeling so much better now. Glad to know I am not the only one. xx
You're most welcome my lovely![]()
Bassinettes and sheet sets come in different sizes so just measure your mattress and check the sizing of the sheets before you buy. I learnt that the hard way...
Yes. I have 2 bassinettes and they both have different sized sheets.
I just folded the cot sheets in half it tucked in still but gave our bassinet mattress some extra padding( it was a Moses basket btw)
Maybe it is the type of bassinettes I have?
I have one of those regular, run-of-the-mill bassinettes and a Mothers Choice Coco Delux. The Coco Delux is way bigger than the regular bassinette.
I think they vary in size quite a bit. It is best to measure your mattress to make sure. Usually I found the dimensions of the sheet on the back of the packet.
i used a pillow case!
Just buy the normal bassinet sheet size, not the Boori Bassinet sheet set as its bigger. pillow case! what a great idea! thanks!
Lisa I have the mothers choice coco as well and it is alot bigger isn't it? It also is a rectangle shaped mattress where as the one I had with my first baby was an oval shape.
I ended up buying some cheap single bed flat sheets and cutting them up to use for it.
I'm with Olive - i use a pillow case!
I tried the pillow case but he always woke up the second I put him down so I used the t-shirt I'd been wearing that day (it was winter so not gross and sweaty lol). It fitted perfectly, just tuck the sleeves under, and smelt of me so he slept better too![]()
Thanks girls!! How clever, a pillowcase! Awesome. ; )
