Talking VBAC - successful birth stories

I thought this might be a good thread (thanks to inspiration from a friend ) for all VBAC ladies to put their successful birth stories in to inspire others going for a VBAC. I loved reading successful stories when pregnant with DD2, and now that I'm going for a VBA2C2 - I still love reading them now!!

I was hoping maybe a Mod could make this a sticky if we get enough people putting their stories in here? Not sure whether its best to copy and paste your birth story in or put in a link - can a Mod advise me on this one?

Ooooh, i loved reading birth stories when planning my VBAC, couldn't get enough! I'll just put a link in here for now and will check back if you prefer the other method.

Good luck to all of the VBAC ladies out there!

I think linking to your existing stories might be a good idea for now. I'll raise the idea of a sticky with the other mods. It will partly depend on how much interest and participation there is!

This is a fabulous idea and I'll watch and read with much interest. I have a 13 month old little girl who was born via emergency c-section and now we're thinking of trying for number 2 I'm very interested to find out about VBAC's, I'm not keen for another c-section if I can help it!!! Thanks for sharing your stories girls.

lol Mel... considered myself "hassled" :P.... nah it's a great idea and I was the same... couldn't get enough stories when preparing!

I only have Oskar's to link as Elijah's still (my bad) hasn't been put on BB... must get around to finishing it off properly.

Oskar's birth story is here.... Oskar Levi's birthing journey

Good luck UsPlus2, I would love you to share your story afterwards, I'm not even pregnant again yet but looking for all the inspiration I can get. I see you're having a girl next, lucky you one of each, little girls are the best (expensive) but the best hee hee.
