    poop in the bath?

Okay - I figure this post belongs here as it relates to poop.

Tonight we had our first poop in the bath (at 18mths I think we did well to wait this long for one). I ended up cleaning it up as much as I could with an old-style flat cloth nappy before the rest when down the drain.

My query is how have others successfully cleaned up poop in the bath???

i can categorically say it is better to scoop than squish down the plug hole. Then clean up afterwards as you did.

Usually scoop up as much as I can then what is left goes down the plug hole. I usually give it a rinse with pine o clean.

Sam's two and it's only ever happened twice - and I'm feeling very, very fortunate that each time it has happened he's been tending to the constipated side of things. Scoop, then clean... Never squish. If you have a solid one, don't even bother trying to break it up!

Then lots and lots and lots of disinfectant!
