Things to do with duck fat?

Today I picked up a little tub of duck fat to roast some potatoes because they turn out soooooo yummy

but I've never used it for anything else, so what else do you use it for?

believe it or not, you can make soap out of it! I don't have a recipe for it, but I'd imagine you'd need a fair bit?

    Mmm..roast potatoes.
You par boil them then drain and put duck fat in while they are hot, then pop them in the oven with your roast.
I think Rouge has a recipe on her neurotically yours blog.

Yeah, I roast potatoes in them - they crisp up beautifully and taste yum! You don't need much though

thanks ladies, as I said I bought it to roast potatoes as I have done before but what else can I use it for....Takes a long time to get through a pot of duck fat if I'm just using it for the very occasional potatoes
