Nice, cheap comfy clothes that fit for the hospital..

Well, after hours of googling, I almost give up.

I am looking for some clothes that fit for the hospital that are decent to wear and comfy! Right now I have two sets of clothes, the uncomfie ones for wearing out and the comfy comfy boxers and tank tops. That are wonderful but not something I would like to wear in hospital.

I am not fussed for nursing wear *as that seems to bring the price up by heaps!!

Any suggestions to any websites or shops that have some nice stuff in XL? I have found lots of 8-10 size stuff at big w ect but looking for size 18 and up.

    Thanks : )

    PJ's.
You don't need anything else...not clothes anyway! lol

Singlet tops and comfy PJ pants. KMart etc have lots of larger size pj bottoms, comfy, light and cheap as.
I bought a couple of B2B Nighties from KMart, V neck sort of ones with spaghetti straps for feeding - still have on and will take it again it is soooo comfy lol
Also a couple of feeding bras and those crop tops bras.

I'm just getting all that kind of stuff from the op shop I picked up a great matching pajama set the other day - comfortable (though the pants don't quite fit my belly while there's a baby in there) and oh-so-cute

Otherwise, I'll keep an eye out here and get some ideas myself

another that suggests Kmart - I got some really comfy tops and pj's from there a few weeks ago. They have Pj's that look nicer then the standard ones, so you could even wear them if you had visitors. GL

Target also has some nice pj sets or just the bottoms. Really comfy and then as the other girls said singlet tops and then I had 2 zip up fleecy style tops so when I had guests I didn't feel so exposed.

I got a heap of t shirts from Rivers quite cheap (bigger sizes too and they wash really well), and tracky pants with drawstring waist from DFO. Pjs pants from Kmart/Target and Bub2Bub breatsfeeding singlets from Kmart ($10-$15 each).

I had shower and got dressed in clothes every day cos it made me feel better.

Target has super comfy think trackies, they aren't necessarily Mat one's but they have a wide band at the top that isn't elasticized and is still comfy afer a VB or a C/S I am not sure what size they go up to, but I am pretty sure I saw larger sizes, they would be coming into stores soon as well as the new season of clothing comes in, also their BF'ing tops are great, it is also worth waiting for the sales when they have 25-30% off womens clothes, that's when I got mine

Oh I just remember Kmart also have skirts that have the soft material at the top, I have about 4 of them and they are so comfyand will be perfect to wear after birth. They look nice with just about any top. They had them in the maternity section, but also in the normal isles.

Barkins have awesome PJ pants that have a shirred waistline, so they are ubercomfy.

I also showered and dressed each day, made me feel human! I wore leggings or yoga pants with long t-shirts - very comfy. I got some great maternity leggings from Big W, about $10. They had heaps of larger sizes when I was there, did they not have any when you visited? Kmart do some great maternity leggings, too.

Intimo have a great lounge range, it is pricey, although it lasts forever. You can get pants, tops, dresses, skirts and it's that stretchy stuff. Washes really well. I wore the tops when I was pregnant, and they went straight back to normal shape for wearing after.
You would be able to get it on Ebay. Check out the Intimo webiste then pop over to Ebay to shop
It also looks stylish. I remember after I had DD, I put on my Intimo Pj's and was being escorted to my room and the night staff gave me a compliment on how nice I looked. It was big lift after having given birth.
I liked to get up, shower and get dressed every day in hospital. It made me feel nice if that makes sense.
