OUr tenants move in next week and I really need to get my butt into gear and get our landlords insurance sorted out tomorrow night.

I have a couple of quotes and some are cheaper than others (obviously!).

The one I am thinking of going with is with SGIO (not sure if they have that in the eastern states?). We have both or cars and our house with them already and they are really good.

The biggest thing that I want to be covered for is legal costs. Now I dont mean personal liability legal cost....I mean legal costs in case we need to take the tenant to court to have them evicted etc. SGIO cover $10k worth of legal costs while Wetspac Insurance only covers $5k and they were $500 per year more expensive.

Ive also tried Aami, QBE and YOUI and the cover seemed to be pretty average.
