So - I've heard that when a pregnant woman dreams of a particular gender being her baby, it tends to be the opposite.
FYI - I won't be disappointed with either gender ...
My dream last night was my cousin had a girl, and named her Josephine (After our great grandmother) and I kind of got jealous because I wanted to name our son vincent after my great grandfather, but couldnt because I had a girl. Then for some reason the name Georgia kept coming up and someone wanted to name our daughter that name, but I didnt want to, whoever it was kept pushing and pushing and pushing. Yeah then I woke up.
Can anyone make sense of this? Is it too early to be having 'prediction gender' dreams?
Nope. I dreamt of a girl before I could even confirm I was pregnant, about 1 or 2 dpo, and always 'felt' that Jazz was a girl. I was certain throughout the whole pregnancy, even when everyone tried to tell me she was a girl. Even after the scan showing she was a girl, people still said they were sure I was having a boy.
I had a very clear dream a few days before I had my 20 week scan that ds2 was going to be a boy. I dreamt I was at the scan and was shown the whole package. Sure enough DS is a boy (and yes he did show us the whole package lol)
I dreamt the right sex too...though I didn't know I was pregnant at the time and thought it was about my sister who was about to have a baby and they didn't know the gender (she had a girl and my dream was about a boy).
I dreamt my birth with DS1 and then a few weeks later he came. I was not as in tune with DS2 and did not dream so much about the birth but I dreamt about the gender!
I think it depends on how much you look at your dreams and how you interpret them x
On days where people told me they thought I might be having a girl, I dreamt about having a girl.
But with all 3 of my boys I dreamt they were boys and just knew that they were blue bundles!
I think you dream about how you feel at the time ??
