    Best way to cook Snapper?

I need help please. DS15 caught a massive Snapper last night and we also have a few smaller ones, what's the best way to cook it. Bake, grilled is there a nice marinate I could make for it. I just want to do his Snapper justice . TIA.

    Regards,

whole fish I just fill with lemon and garlic slices and fresh herbs if I have any, bit of butter and wrap in foil

fillets I just dust in flour and lemon pepper and pan fry and serve with lemon wedges

good fish doesnt need much in my opinion

    good on your DS

I'm the same, just add a few herbs, salt + pepper, lemon, butter, and wrap. Nomnomnom!

I agree with the PP's yummy yum

Or there is this fish coating you can get from coles *runs to pantry to check name* Tandaco Coating Mix for lightly seasoned fish. Its in a yellow and green pack. Just coat and pan-fry. We had snappper the other night and used that and it was amazing!! Soo yummy!

Thanks so much guys, I don't eat fish myself but just want to make it as yummy as possible for the rest of the family. DS was so so proud of himself, it is his biggest catch yet.

My hubby pan fries our fish with garlic and then makes this cream sauce with sweet chilli, fresh tomatoes and macadamias. He puts it on a bed of couscous. It is my favourite meal. My mouth is watering thinking about it mmmmmm well done to your DS! Very impressive!!
